Our priority is to reduce your waiting time to the shortest possible! If your room is not occupied the night before your arrival, you can find room ready from the early morning. Otherwise, we will prepare it for you as soon as it is free, with the utmost care for perfect cleaning and a organization of the room.

The room must be vacated by 11:00  on the day of departure. At 14:00 the latest the room will be prepared and available to you.

This request is depending on the availability that we have for the certain period, just send us an e-mail prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements.

Unfortunately, if you fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged according to the reservation cancelation policy, billed to the credit card supplied during the reservation process. Cancellation policies are displayed during the reservation confirmation process and are also listed in the confirmation email you receive upon confirming your reservation.

Breakfast is not included. You can decide upon arrival if you wish to have breakfast while staying with us.

Yes, we have apartment consisting of one or two bedrooms and a bathroom. This is an ideal solution for families with young children.

There are also some apartments which can be connected for a larger families.

At the Benitses Arches Hotel your pet is allowed access only in your own room. This is to show respect towards other hotel guests. Therefore access is not allowed for animals in all indoor and outdoor common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and garden. Exceptions are the routes of entry. However, animals must be leashed or carried in special carriers.

Yes. You may contact us directly requesting to add a baby cot or crib in your room and we’ll do everything possible to accommodate your request. Just be sure to request it in advance, as availability is limited.

When you arrive at the airport, get bus No.15 and get-off to green bus terminal.(until 23:00 PM).

Then across the road and wait for blue bus No.6 at the bus stop which is situated outside of the green buss terminal.

At Benitses there are 2 bus stops close to the hotel, one before the Benitses Arches Hotel and one After the hotel.

If you choose to get of at the first one at Potamaki Hotel you need to walk forward 150 meters, if you choose the one after you need to walk backwards 100 meters, look for the hotels sign with the hotels logo.

When you arrive at the port, get the bus No.15 which enters the port area and get-off at San Rocco square in Corfu town.

Then head to bus No.6 bus stop which is situated at Mitropolitou Methodiou street.

Corfu Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport is 12km away from Benitses Arches hotel, a taxi takes 20-30minutes to reach the hotel.

Yes, all the one or two bedroom apartment have kitchenette, the deluxe two bedroom apartment offers a fully equipped full size kitchen.

To keep our hotel a comfy and fresh place for everyone, smoking isn’t allowed inside the rooms and apartments. Feel free to enjoy a smoke in our designated outdoor areas instead. This little rule helps us keep everything nice and clean and and gives all our guests a better experience.

Please be advised that the hotel does not have a swimming pool. 

However, a pool is available at a nearby property, approximately 30 meters from the hotel. 

Guests interested in using the pool facilities are kindly asked to contact the property owner directly on-site.
