Great hotel, cheap price
We stayed twice at this hotel, it has quite basic facilities but the rooms are spacious enough, good bed/pillow with TV, Air conditioning, vanity area, closet, side tables/lamps and fridge. The bathrooms could use some improvement but in general the facilities are new and very clean, so it’s ok. The plus side is that it has a free parking space for guests only 10m away and that each room has a patio or spacious balcony with chairs, table and hanger. In general we researched and visited/stayed in quite a few hotels in the area and this is by far the best option for the fraction of the price of what you would pay for this type of accommodation in Corfu/Benitses. Benitses area in general is overcrowded and with lots of small shops/restaurant that are not so well maintained. However you can find fabulous beaches within this area. We found out that the best beaches close to Benitses are at Perivolos area ( about 2km away). Or the more upscale places (not more expensive just better organized beaches, restaurants etc) are North from Corfu Town, (Dassia, Gouvia, Nisaki, up to AG. Stefanos are absolutely wonderful) We highly recommend Arches Hotel if you are staying in the Benitses area, or if you are going by car and will be using it as a point from where you can travel from during the day.
